Responsible for leading the successful delivery of the Thunderhead solution on client site, maintaining technical competence in team and effectively resolving client issues or change requirements to ensure team meets project plan with committed resource levels
Responsible for representing Thunderhead’s Professional Services organisation to all clients and partners within the region, with service revenue generation accountability and responsibility for the delivery of the Thunderhead solution, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
