In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Chris is responsible for all customer-facing operations of the company, including sales and customer success divisions.
Demonstrating 20 years working in the technology industry, Chris has a wealth of experience in taking CRM, marketing and customer engagement solutions to market globally.
Chris joined Thunderhead.com from IBM where he held a global sales leadership role at IBM’s Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) Division, which was formed through the acquisitions of Unica and Coremetrics in 2010.
Prior to this, Chris was Senior Vice President, Global Sales & International General Manager at Unica and has also held a series of senior international management roles at other US-based software providers, including Witness Systems (Now Converse) Peregrine Systems (now HP) and Temposoft (Now Oracle).
