Marchai has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and strategic alliance management in the technology industry.

She came to Thunderhead.com from Chordiant Software where she served as Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer.

Previously, she spent more than 10 years at KANA Software, a leading provider of customer service solutions. As CMO at KANA, she was responsible for strategy, operations and execution for marketing and alliances on a global basis, perfectly positioning her for a role in building strategy around customer intelligence at Thunderhead.com.
