Our core business is providing our customers with the software infrastructure and tools that enable them to significantly reduce cost in two ways. First, by reducing their reliance on printed media and physical mail delivery; second, by improving the quality of their customer communications.
Very simply, this means:
- Reducing the need to print and deliver huge volumes of paper-based communications, which have a high carbon and energy impact, by increasing the use of digital channels
