If you can’t find the content you need, use the search option to look for additional relevant content stored in the Object Repository (Thunderhead NOW’s library).
Select how you want your communication to go out—eg by letter, text, or email. Correspond NOW will then automatically put everything into the right format for you.
If your communication needs approval, it can be sent automatically to your supervisor for review and approval. They will be able to track and check any changes to the communication.
Once approved, your communications will automatically go into final production and will be sent to your customer.
Our built-in security allows approvers to block changes to specific paragraphs and control access to individual document templates. So while each user can make the necessary changes to personalize communications, they won’t accidentally remove critical content or modify standard terms and conditions when they do.
