Thunderhead NOW uses several levels of security to ensure that your organization’s communications are uniformly consistent and compliant.
Controlling Templates, Content and Rules
The NOW Object Repository allows you to set up individuals to access, change or sign off templates, content and data. If you have sections of communications that must not be changed — regulatory wording, or approved brand vocabulary — you can protect these to prevent accidental or unauthorized changes. You can assign different levels of access according to the individual user or the user’s role. This robust security system works not only in the NOW Content Studio but also with Review NOW and Correspond NOW.
Users and roles also can be assigned from existing enterprise authentication systems and Thunderhead provides built-in support for LDAP. User and role-based permissioning is enforced not only in the NOW design environment, but also in production environments such as the Review NOW and Correspond NOW.
Single Sign-On Support
Thunderhead NOW offers out-of-the-box support for Kerberos-based single sign-on solutions.
