James Bodha announced as COO to spearhead Thunderhead growth
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM– (6 September, 2016) – Thunderhead, a leader in enterprise technology for customer engagement, today announced the appointment of James Bodha as Chief Operating Officer. Bodha, formerly Chief Financial Officer at Thunderhead, will now oversee the company’s worldwide operations and strategy execution as Thunderhead continues to scale its ground breaking enterprise customer engagement solution, the ONE Engagement Hub.
Launched in 2014, the ONE Engagement Hub is a quick-to-deploy SaaS solution designed to surface customer insight in real-time, across every interaction throughout the entire customer journey. As Chief Operating Officer, Bodha will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, driving global operations across all functional areas. As CFO for Thunderhead over the last three years, Bodha successfully oversaw the sale of Thunderhead’s Smart Communications’ division to leading private equity firm Accel-KKR. He has strong financial and leadership experience in the technology sector across public, venture capital and private equity ownership.

Bodha has previously held CFO roles with companies in Europe, the UK and North America, including NASDAQ quoted and FTSE 250 software companies. Prior to joining Thunderhead James was the CFO at Socialbakers, a leading provider of social analytics technology. Previously, he held senior positions at Myriad Group AG, Aircom International, Openwave Systems and Anite.
