Thunderhead has added two new expert hires to the global team, reflecting our continued success and growth in the customer journey orchestration and journey analytics markets.
James Allum joins Thunderhead as VP of Business Development, with a focus on supporting and developing Thunderhead’s global partner ecosystem. James brings with him over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software, technology and professional services sectors, working at companies including DoubleClick, Alterian and Pitney Bowes.
Joining from Kitewheel, where he led the EMEA business, James brings a wealth of relevant experience to the Thunderhead team. He will help enterprise brands and key partners deliver customer-centric strategies and true customer engagement using our leading Journey Orchestration and Real-Time Interaction Management technology.
Thunderhead also adds Margaret Phelan to the leadership team as VP of Global Customer Success. Margaret has over 15 years of experience coordinating client teams, expertly strengthening relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and advocacy across a range of diverse industry sectors. In her role, Margaret is responsible for the delivery of exceptional client value across a wide range of industry sectors and will be working cross-functionally to deliver client lifecycle programmes, ensuring the voice of the customer is represented in Thunderhead’s global operations and innovation initiatives.
