Thunderhead Chosen As Headline Partner at the 2019 Festival of Marketing

Thunderhead is the proud sponsor of this year’s Customer Experience Stage at the 2019 Festival of Marketing, which takes place on October 10 and 11 at Tobacco Dock in east London.

We’ll be hosting leading marketers from top brands including Zurich, Facebook, KFC, KLM and Unilever as they discuss and share their thoughts on all things customer experience.

Thunderhead is leading two sessions on the CX Stage. At 2:50pm on October 10, our VP of Solution Strategy and Value Consulting, Wil Lynch, will be asking “What’s a customer-led journey – and why should I give a $@*%?

Then, at 10am the following day, our SVP of Customer Engagement Darren Loveday will join Arsenal FC’s Head of CRM Mic Conetta and Forrester’s Joana van den Brink-Quintanilha to debate “As an industry obsessed with personalisation, are we all missing the point? in a discussion chaired by Marketing Week’s Michael Barnett.

We’ll also be launching brand new research in conjunction with Marketing Week, investigating the evolving role of customer-led journeys and the transformation of customer experience.
