James Bodha

Chief Operating Officer

James has a record of leadership in the technology sector with businesses in public, venture capital and private equity ownership.

Prior to joining Thunderhead, James was the CFO at Socialbakers, a leading provider of social analytics technology. He was also previously the CFO at Myriad Group AG, a mobile, social messaging and applications company, and has held positions at Aircom International, Openwave Systems and Anite.

Rob Coyne

Chief Revenue Officer

As Thunderhead’s Chief Revenue Officer, Rob is responsible for all revenue generation and the setting of our global market development strategy, including go-to-market sales, customer service and partner plans.

Rob brings a wealth of experience, having worked across a number of well-known global software brands, and most recently led Hootsuite as General Manager for Europe. Rob was previously Managing Director at Kenshoo EMEA, with other leadership roles at Oracle, SAP and Northgate.

Jason Hemingway

Chief Marketing Officer

Jason is a marketing veteran with over 17 years’ experience in B2B Marketing.

He is responsible for Thunderhead’s brand and marketing, go-to-market execution, and for ensuring Thunderhead’s customers and partners are always at the heart of our business. Before Thunderhead, Jason was EMEA Marketing leader at Dow Jones and ran the European marketing team at Intralinks, until shortly after its IPO.

Danny Robinson

Chief Technology Officer

Danny launched the Thunderhead North American development division in 2011, cultivating a task force of over 40 engineers and IT specialists. He has over 20 years of software experience. Prior to Thunderhead, Danny held leading technology roles at IntraLinks and Chordiant Software.

Ray Gerber

Chief Product Officer

Ray is a global leader in customer engagement technologies, with over 30 years’ experience in building innovative technologies for enterprise. He has extensive expertise in customer relationship management, customer decisioning and self-learning. He also worked in business process management, customer journey management and enterprise resource planning.

Ray leads the Thunderhead R&D team, responsible for our reputation for disruptive technology. Before Thunderhead, he was VP of Customer Experience at Pegasystems and VP of Engineering at Chordiant Software.

Wil Lynch

SVP Global Customer Experience and Product Strategy

Wil is responsible for product adoption strategy, support and service at Thunderhead. Working directly with brands and partners, he supports the development of customer experience programs to enable truly omnichannel engagement.

Wil’s experience spans a variety of marketing and product-led roles; he has led Digital, Customer Experience and Marketing functions at various blue-chip brands, and served as Head of Product across sectors including Travel, Financial Services and Comparison Aggregators.

Margaret Phelan

VP Global Customer Service

Margaret brings over 15 years’ experience in coordinating global client teams, strengthening strategic customer relationships and building advocacy within diverse organizations. 

She is responsible for ensuring Thunderhead delivers exceptional value for all customers – you could say Margaret’s global team represents ‘the voice of our customers’. Working cross-functionally, they are particularly focused on delivering client advocacy programs, maintaining customer satisfaction and identifying areas of investment.

Kris Kieper

SVP Customer Operations and Value Enablement

Kris has over 20 years of experience in digital strategy consulting, client services delivery, and organizational operations. She has helped shape and grow both SI and SaaS organizations with her management and leadership skills.

Kris has consulted across B2B and B2C sectors on digital customer engagement strategies including content, marketing, analytics, UX, strategic planning and maturation, globalization, ecommerce, and system integrations. In her current role, she brings her extensive business strategy and technology consulting expertise to solve operational and customer engagement challenges.

Peter Gehl

EVP, North America.

Based in New York, Peter leads the region with responsibility for our North American customers and partner community. He brings with him over 20 years’ experience growing revenue and partner ecosystems for large enterprise software companies and MarTech focused organisations.

Prior to joining Thunderhead, Peter had held a number of senior management positions at Salesforce, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Capgemini, all of which were focused on revenue growth, sales operations and the development of partner practices.

Aarron Spinley

SVP, Asia Pacific

Based in Melbourne, Aarron leads our Asia Pacific business, responsible for market research and development, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement. He brings 20 years’ experience in customer strategy, futures methodology, and digital businesses.

Featuring internationally as a keynote speaker and adviser in disruptive marketing and customer experience, he has held executive positions in SAP, Deep Group, Tigerspike, and Marsh MMC.

Monica Labonville

Global Director Colleague Engagement

Monica has over 20+ years of progressive Human Resources experience across a variety of business environments. As an expert in end-to-end Human Resources management – including development of HR solutions to align with business strategies, talent acquisition and development – she is particularly passionate about wellness initiatives and company culture.

In her current role, Monica is developing our staff program to support our ambition to be a world-class employer and attract exceptional global talent.
