Thunderhead Announces Two Key Strategic Hires in North America to Support Significant Growth In The Region

Thunderhead is pleased to welcome two senior hires to the fold; Khatidja Ajania and Gary Batroff, supporting the organization’s continued growth in North America and the increasing market demand for customer journey orchestration solutions and customer journey analytics.

Khatidja Ajania joins the Thunderhead team as SVP of Business Development Americas, with a focus on Solution Development and engaging with the regions’ top brands. Khatidja brings a wealth of experience in developing customer engagement and growth strategies for businesses, having worked in previous roles at Yahoo!, Ghostery, AmericanExpress and Salesforce.

Gary Batroff joins Thunderhead as Vice President of North American Partnerships, with a focus on continuing to expand Thunderhead’s strategic partner ecosystem and support existing partners in the region. Gary brings over 25 years of business experience to Thunderhead, largely focused on helping companies better engage with their customers.  Most recently, Gary led customer experience transformations as a leader of the West Monroe CX practice and is a certified member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), where he has held various leadership positions for the past several years.
